Clayton Olson is an International Executive Relationship Coach, Author, and Facilitator. He delivers private virtual coaching sessions and leads online group workshops internationally (USA, UK, Asia, Australia) for both women and men having worked with close to 1000 clients for the past 11 years.

To date, Clayton has over 20 years of experience working to optimize human behavior and relational dynamics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Masters Certification in Transformational NLP (Marin-style), and is Coaching Training Alliance (CTA) accredited.

He previously worked in the startup space for almost a decade in business development where he managed and scaled teams.

11 years ago Clayton made the leap onto a more aligned path into the world of transformational coaching where he yearned to meet people in more gritty conversations of the heart.
